Great book based on Mahabbarat

Postby priya! » Thu Sep 24, 2009 2:48 am

Hello all,

I read this AWESOME book named [u]The Palace of Illusions[u] by...I don't know. It's the story of the Mahabbarat based on Kunti's (Wife of the Pandavas) point of view. Great read, plus you learn something about Hinduism.

Check it out bitches!

"The Palace of Illusions" by Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni.
Sounds great, I'm definitely interested in reading it now :) Thanks for the suggestion!! Have you read any other novels by Indian authors?
I compiled a list of them I'd like to check out (the novel you recommended is actually on it, that's how I got the author's name hehe!), but I haven't gotten to it yet :(
